About The Fiber Lady

On January 7, 2025, my health care provider gave me the green light to announce to the world that the method I used to clean out my digestive tract reverse my diabetes. This method helped me body naturally flush out 140 pounds of waste from my body. The weight loss was not fat it was lots of accumulated waste.

Let me explain why I became obese with diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. For years I had not consumed enough fiber in my diet. But consumed lots of foods and beverages with HFCS in it. The lack of fiber caused some of the food to become trapped in my digestive tract, along with all the salt, sugar, butter and oil that was in the food. As the food sat in my digestive tract it rotted and became trapped toxic waste.

I am a professional cook and quickly realized food rots inside the body similarly to the way it rots outside of the body. I had stopped regularly eating fruits and vegetables at the age of fifteen. Meaning I had close to 40 years of trapped waste in my body. The lack of fiber had led to massive weight gain and a very big belly. Before I started taking psyllium husk, I weighed 356 pounds and looked like I was nine months pregnant with triplets. 

The lack of fiber in my diet is what resulted in my becoming obese with diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.  After cleaning out my digestive tract and increasing my daily fiber intake. I reversed my diabetes. I have not taken medication for diabetes in almost three years. Today I control my blood pressure, and cholesterol with psyllium husk. I maintain a clean digestive tract and have not gained weight in in almost three years.

For the last three years, I have been involved in taking, selling, giving away and educating people about psyllium husk and fiber. I have dedicated a significant amount of time my time to analyzing and studying the effects and benefits of psyllium husk/fiber. My personal experience with psyllium husk has been incredible and live changing.

My conclusions are based on factual evidence, logical analysis, firsthand experience, and thorough examination of existing studies on psyllium husk/pure fiber. I have also dedicated the same amount of time to the study of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS). My deteriorating health was due to two primary factors: a lack of fiber and the.  consumption of foods and beverages containing high fructose corn syrup.

This journey began with my need to understand what caused my diabetes. I could not except the genetic factor and quickly ruled it out after pooping out 140 pounds of waste from my body. I felt amazing. It was apparent that food was the culprit. I started closely monitoring the ingredients in my food. High fructose corn syrup, fructose, invert sugar or some kind of corn products was present in everything I was consuming. That is what led to my studying HFCS. Research on HFCS suggest that it contributes to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, some cancer, fatty liver disease and more well-known diseases. We must conduct further studies to determine if it is the lack of fiber, HFCS or both contributing to mental health issues and Alzheimer's disease. Studies show fiber improves brain health and HFCS is causing brain damage. If you can donate. All money will go to further research.
