
How to Use Fiber
This is for people over 350 pounds. To detox, follow these steps:
You will have to drink fiber and water every day. Once I realized the fiber was helping my body push out waste/shit. I drank fiber every single day for eight straight months before I stopped. In those eight months, I shitted out over one hundred pounds of toxic waste, and I lost lots of weight. Then, for sixteen months, I took the fiber every other day. In two years, I went from size twenty to 17-18, losing over 140 pounds of waste and weight.
Not all of you can do it, but you must try. Remember it is trapped waste/shit that is in your body. Fiber pushes out all the food you eat. Keeping your digestive tract clean and toxin-free makes you less likely to become ill.
Put two tablespoons of fiber in an 8-ounce cup and fill it with six ounces of freezing water without ice for two straight days. The colder the water, the better. It slows down the thickening.
Stir it well with a knife. (you can use a fork also) The fiber will stick to the spoon so, use the spoon to measure only. Hot or warm water will cause the fiber to become thicker.
You must drink it as fast as you can, or it will get thick and turn to gel and become hard or impossible to swallow. It is better if the gel gets thick as it goes down the throat. If it is too thick, you can choke.
On the third day, do not drink fiber. Drink a lot of water for the entire day, to loosen up the stool trapped in the digestive tract. Prepare your body for the detox.
On the fourth day, the fiber should be in the digestive tract and ready to start pushing. Take one tablespoon a day for six to eight months. Do not take two tablespoons a day as I did. It was extremely aggressive and requires that you drink at least six bottles of water a day.
If at any time the fiber becomes too much, you can take it every other day or reduce it to one teaspoon a day. The key to the detox is to take the fiber every day until you push/shit out all the trapped toxic waste. Understand that the toxic waste trapped in the body causes illnesses.
It is important that you learn how to take fiber. You will need it for the rest of your life. The thicker the fiber, the better, just not too thick. I can tell you that the fiber starts to expand when it goes into the throat.
Once you drink lots of water, it goes down the digestive tract and cleans out everything in its path. From the throat to the toilet. Drink lots of water. You will clean out the digestive and urinary tract.
Drink as much water as possible to loosen up the stool. I took the fiber for eight months. I skipped a few days here and there. You can learn how to take the fiber the way you feel comfortable. Just get the fiber into your body. To clean out the waste you must follow directions.
It is at this point you must decide how you want to take the fiber. I do not recommend you take the fiber as aggressively as I did unless you are over three hundred pounds, dying from diabetes as I was, or if your belly is extremely big and extremely hard.
If you are under three hundred pounds try one or two tablespoons every day. If you are over four hundred pounds you can double it up. Take the fiber twice a day. Fiber does not kill just make sure you drink lots of water. Drink two bottles for every teaspoon and four bottles a day for every one tablespoon. You must push yourself to drink as much water as possible.
