You're Not Alone

Meet "The Fiber Lady"

Hi, I'm Tanya, AKA "The Fiber Lady," and I lost over 140 pounds when I started using psyllium husk fiber to help me lose weight, reverse my diabetes, lower my cholesterol, and remove years of toxic waste from my body.

What Is Psyllium Husk Fiber?

Psyllium Husk is pure soluble fiber. Used as a supplement or ingredient in many foods. Soluble means it dissolves in liquid and cannot be absorbed by the body. The fiber flushes out with the waste. It is the same fiber found in food naturally just in pure form. Fiber becomes activated as soon as it encounters any liquid. Fiber turns into a wonderful gel; its only purpose is to help the body push out waste and toxins.

 

Once the gel goes down the digestive track it will clean out everything in its path. The very day you stopped consuming enough natural fiber is the day you started to gain weight. For me that was age 15 that means I cleaned out 38 years of waste/shit from my body and you can too, with fiber and water alone.
